Working on your „physical strength“ starts with a strong powerhouse. It is also known as the center of strength which consists of the collective muscles of your abdominals, glutes (your buttock muscles) and lower back muscles. In this classes you will especially recruit, activate and engage your core muscles, strengthen and stabilize them. You will enhance the range of motion in this area, improve your posture, balance and stability.
