Mindful Body is a Full Body Workout for the body and the mind, with exercises that help tighten the body, define our muscles, allow us to sweat and become a leaner overall self. This class is about getting to know yourself. It is a safe space, with no judgement. So make it all about you.
Use this class for whatever you need. Allow yourself to be, to breathe, to feel. When something comes up - emotions and feelings, see if you can give them space. Try to close your eyes as often as possible.
