Join us for a 60 minutes Pilates class, that targets every muscle group, from head to toe. You will start with a gentle warmup. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you'll build a strong foundation, enhance your balance, and unleash your body's potential. The class will end with a cooldown and some stretching. Listen to your body. If anything feels too much, take a rest and breathe.
Equipment needed: 1 pilates ball, 1 band, 1 pillow
