This 60 minutes Morning Yoga class is for everyone who is new to yoga as well for yogis who want to check in with their alignment. We work on the correct alignment of foundational yoga poses that are essential for you to learn so you can feel comfortable in an open class or practicing on your own at home. Start here with beginner yoga sequences, tutorials on foundational yoga poses, and answers to your questions on all the yoga basics. If something is too difficult or you feel you need a rest, please take it at any point in this practice.
