A 70 Minutes Mindful Body class for the whole body and your mind, guided by Laura. You are invited to observe your movement and your reaction towards the movements. It is really about finding the sweet spot of pushing yourself a little more and listening to what your body needs. Whenever it gets tough, use your breath. Laura will give you modifications so all levels arewelcome.
