As always you will have a slow introduction into this Kundalini Yoga class with slow breath and awareness in your body. The set of exercises that Ksenia shares support you in raising consciousness and the vibration of your energy. They can be very intense to get you into a space where you can move the energy within you. The goal here is to connect with the subconscious through movement and to bring up things that want to be released from system. The practice includes intensive breath exercises such as breath of fire.
